2. Description of Service

Vectron provides a cloud-based platform for construction professionals that includes AI-powered BOQ extraction, RFQ management, supplier tracking, digital twin visualization, and document management capabilities.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
